Our team of professionals, headed by Michele Anedotti (Italian roasting champion) and Francesco Sanapo (Italian tasting champion), found the perfect balance between the different flavours, creating a flawless harmony between acidity, sweetness and bitterness. In order to do this, they researched the different varieties of Arabica, looked for the best possible Robusta, and studied the various methods of processing and roasting to end with the best possible result in cup.
The “Riserva Silvano Corsini” is a blend of a natural Brazilian Mundo Novo variety, a Typica from Perù and an Ethiopian Heirloom from the Yrgacheffe region, well balanced with a Ugandan Robusta.
